Roberto Nigro is professor of philosophy, in particular continental philosophy at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg since May 2016. He also is an ancien Directeur de programme at the Collège International de Philosophie in Paris. Roberto Nigro has taught at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) (2009-2016). His areas of research and teaching interest include aesthetics, political philosophy, and cultural theory with a special focus on French and Italian contemporary philosophy and the legacy of German philosophy (in particular Marx, Nietzsche, and Heidegger) in contemporary thought.
