Matts Leiderstam is an artist based in Stockholm. For Leiderstam the picture and the art museum both pose important questions about ways of seeing, history, and memory. Leiderstam obtained a Ph.D. in Fine Arts at Malmö Art Academy in 2006 where he is a professor since 2011. His work has been shown in different venues worldwide.
